Again from the start

Hey again. 

Last time I wrote about something else so now it's okay to write about Hakuouki again, isn't it. I'd played quite a lot after my last entry but my game seemed to go in a direction I didn't want it to go. I'd tried my best to get to Okitas route but it just didn't seem to happen. I'd always chosen to go see him if possible and tried to choose to be where he was. Well, as I said it didn't work out. Lastly in my game Saito liked me the most. Saito is nice too, but he aint no Okita :D I tried one last time to get to Okitas route but it became obvious that it was too late as Okita said that we were too different and that nice girls like me shouldn't like bad guys like him.

So yeah, at first I was really bummed out. But then I decided to give it another try. So today I've been playing the game again from the start. There's a lot of the same stuff but also many new things as I have meda different decisions. Now it seems I'm on my way to Okitas route. And wanna guess how I got there? By not choosing the things a good girls would do :D 

So this was just a quick post. I just kinda found it funny how I got on Okitas route so I wanted to write about it. Something else next time maybe? Probaply not though :3

Do I have to come up with something?

Hey again!

I've been a busy busy girl lately. It's really nice though since it means my social life has been active too. It's been more active than ever. I've gotten some lovely new friends and kept the old ones. And I feel like I'm going to get even more new ones really soon :3

So what have I been doing lately then? I've been having some coffee with friends in town and tried many new places. I've been feeling quite adventurous with my food and drink choices lately :D I've been putting together Cafe Ichigo, the Maid Cafe I'm responsible for in Desucon Frostbite. As I told in the earlier post, I were in a christmas party last weekend and today I had a photoshoot with lovely Hanna.

Today I also had lunch with some of the maids from Tampere area. I really want us to have a good team spirit so I'm trying to make it possible for us to know each other as well as possible. I believe when you know each other it's easier to work well together. And of course, as I chose all of the maids myself I also chose people that seemed nice and so I also just want to get to know all of them.

So yeah, we went for some sushi. It was really good and it's really nice how they put it on those boat things and stuff. It's not just on a normal plate so it brings something extra special to it. And then we went to get some ice cream from Cine Atlas which is located in the lowest floor of Koskikeskus. They have some really nice ice cream portions but they are quite big for my taste as I'm not such a big fan of sweet things and so I'm  never able to finish the portion.

As I told, I had been having a photoshoot earlier today and as it was really cold outside I tried to wear some really warm clothes but ones in which I would be able to move easily. Here's one of the pictures from our photoshoot today. I'm kinda proud that I was able to take some photos that Hanna liked since I haven't photographed that much. She was really cold so the photoshoot didn't last that long but it was still fun.

I bought Finlandia manga today. I don't read that much manga since I like to read thick books that last long. And besides I mostly read in English. As I read about this one though I thought I really want to buy it. It's about Finland and christmas so what would be better to read right now then this. I haven't had the time to read it yet but I liked the art as I quickly scanned it through before meeting with the girls.

So that's it for today. I'm going to have an anime-evening on Saturday and hopefully a photoshoot about my Irisviel cosplay from early this year. It's the perfect weather to shoot Irisviel so I'm really hoping someone will come shoot me. Maybe I will write after the anime-evening thing again. I've also made some progress in Hakuouki but that's a totally different post ;)

Games, games, games!

So I've been playing again. Last night I couldn't sleep so I decided I'd play some Hakuouki. ''Just a little'' I thought. After an hour and a half I had to quit since my eyes were so tired they almost didn's stay open. You know the feeling when you have a good book or a game in a spot that's just so exciting you just can't stop. That happened, right. I believe I've now played for about three hours so still quite little but only now getting to make decisions that affect the route I'm going to go for. At the time Okita likes me a little and Saito a little more. I think I'll try to go for Okitas route first, since Okita is my absolute favourite. Saito and Harada are lovely too, and it seems I can go on a Chikage route also. Such hard decisions.

I've only gotten one picture so far but it was for Okita so I don't mind. Waiting to see more though. I ordered a limited edition box which had an art book and a soundtrack CD so I could just see the pictures from there, but that would be cheating. So no peeking, I want to have at least some surprises waiting for me while playing the game. As I told in an earlier post I've seen the anime so I'm familiar with most of the story.

If you didn't know Hakuouki is the only otome game translated to english, at least for now. You can order it from Amazon or from Puolenkuun Pelit as I did. It took a long while to come to me though an I had some trouble with the communication from them since the game was late from the date they told me many times but it did arrive so that's the option I would recommend if you are interested in ordering it also.

I've been writing this loveliness/delightfulness christmas calendar on my other blog Lily of Lilian. The calendar is based on my first speechprogram and I used a Yuzuruha cosplay picture from Muramasa the Demon Blade in it and so remembered I've wanted to play the game for quite some time already.

So I asked my boyfriend if he had played the game since he has Wii and it turned out he HAS the game. Can't wait to get to play it. So excited. 

So now it seems AGAIN my life is only running around games. Actually I was in a christmas party on Saturday. It was so much fun. We were supposed to only go for a few hours but ended up leaving around two am. We got there around six pm. so not exactly a few hours, huh. I met some wonderful people there and would really like to see them again. They are mostly my boyfriends friends though so we'll see how this goes. 

Well hello!

I'm just going to skip all of the ''I'm so sorry I haven't written in such a long time'' thing and start with why I wanted to write today.

I've been playing again. I believe I wrote once before, that I had ordered Spyro the Dragon. Spyro was the very first game I ever played and probably the reason why I still play console games. When I play, I always go for 100% playthrough. It's not like I always actually do play every game like that but it's the intention that counts, right. So this is why it bugged me for more than ten years that I wasn't able to play through land called Haunted Forest in Spyro. Now don't get me wrong, I also wanted to play it again for nostalgia, but I just had to get to the last land.

And I did! I got through Haunted Forest, found that one last place in this game and so a big rock rolled of my heart. Such a nice feeling to be able see what was behind that last big dragons head in Gnasty's World :3 

A small disappointment, just a lot of gems.

The last land was Gnasty's Loot. Not much to say about that just some flying around and collecting gems. 

How I felt after clearing the game 100%

Yeah, I know that Spyro is a childrens game, but it's HARD! It is. You try. 

I have been playing other games too. I've almost cleared Final Fantasy 13-2 100% also at last. Well, actually I have, I'm just missing a few Trophys now. Serendipitious and others that have nothing to do with the actual game. I'm not a gambler and just don't find it intresting to spend my time in the slot machines of Serendipity. Oh well, I think I'm still going to try the last ones too.

So I guess I've been a busy girl with games huh, since I also got this third game I'm playing right now. A confession would probably be best for now: I LOVE samurais. Just love them. So I guess it's not such a miracle that when I found Hakuouki anime and a bit later found out there's also a game translated to english, I just had to have it. And so I ordered it. I ordered it in September but got it last friday so it took a long while to arrive. But it didn't really matter, I was prepared to wait. And so I'm now playing it. 

I guess I will be writing about Hakuouki Demon of the Fleeting Blossom more when I've palyed it more.

So now it seems I've only been playing my way through summer and autumn :D Not totally true but lets just go with this for now. I feel like this post somehow became very scattered and hard to understand, but hopefully it's just because I haven't been writing in english in a while.

Spring thoughts and such

Hey readers!

I'm totally excited about the coming spring. Last night in evening news they said that we would get a lot of snow. I was not happy as you might be able to guess. But, at least for now, no snow!

In last post I totally forgot to mention that I bought new shoes some time ago. I have to throw out two shoes since they're broken beyond repair, so I figured, why not buy two new ones. So here they are, my new babys. I really like wedges since they seem more relaxed and of course are easier to walk. Although I've never had any difficulties with heels. Note that the first picture is a little crooked :D I took the pictures myself yesterday evening and it was kinda hard to get anything worth posting. But I just didn't want to wait until the weather would be nice enough to take these outside. What do you think? Do you like them?

We went to see Iron Sky last week. I liked it. There were some weird musics at weird places in it though. I really liked some of the outfits of Renate Richter, especially the black one that only showed very briefly. I like to have one of those totally-bad-for-you icedrinks when I go to movies. It's fun to eat it with the little straw-spoon thingie which comes with it. Then I'm all frozen up half the movie. But it's still fun. This time I had one that was called Blue Ice. I guess it had some kind of lemon taste in it.Underneath a pic of the thing and my thights can be seen as well. I bought those ones last week.

I still haven't gotten a decent picture of my mint colored pants. So take a picture of my mint ice cream close my mint pants :D

I was out eating with a friend of mine last night. The best part of the meal were the Frozen Strawberry Margaritas we had. We both had only one though, since we both had work today.  They had some pretty interesting drinks there so I guess we may need to go there again to try the other ones too ;) We also had some chicken with sauce and shared a brownie for dessert. 

Oh, I almost forgot. My boyfriend said that my writing is hard to understand. Do you also feel that way? I mostly write what comes to my mind. I do read the text a couple of times before putting it out but since i wrote it, of course I understand what is meant.

The new look for Life of Lilian

At the moment I just love pastel colors and wanted to bring them to this blog. Hope you like it too, though it's still a little bit raw since I would like to get my own banner instead of the thing with Life of Lilian in it at the moment. I either have to look into making one on my own, or I could ask my boyfriend if he knows how to make one. He is much better with picture modification since he does some of it as a side job. I guess I'll see what he says first and think about it more after that.

I've been buying some things again. I bought these really pretty raspberry colored pants. I actually got my boyfriend to take some photos of me in them last night but the lighting was kinda bad so only a small part of them where good. While waiting for some better shots I'm just going to dumb one of those pictures here today just because I want to. The setting isn't that great either but the main thing, the color of the pants, is to be seen. I have bought some other things too but don't have any pictures of them now so more about those later.

I also ordered two wigs for my self from ebay. I already had quite a few for cosplay but these are for just to use when I feel like it. I'm trying to have my hair in better health and this is one step closer to that goal. I tend to curl my hair often when I go out to town and if I instead put a pretty wig on from time to time my hair should in time be in better health. I'm going to post some pictures of the wigs once I get them. The wigs were a little more expensive than the ones that I usually buy for cosplay so I'm expecting a lot from them. One of the reasons for ordering those wigs was also the want for change. I've been a blonde for all of my life and though I'd like some change I have to admit I'm really scared to really make any. I bet that sounds crazy to some people but that's just how it is.

I've actyally been spending a lot of time on ebay. There's just so many pretty things there. I'm thinking I will order one of  of those many dresses etc. I've been looking in there and see what I get. If I'm happy with what I get, well, then it just might be that I will be a out of money pretty quickly :D

I'm going to write more about what I've been up to (besides shopping) some other day when I'm home and have the cabels needed to tranfer some more photos from this week.

Sunnuntai ajatuksia

Mukamas olen ollut kovin kiireinen joten täällä on ollut hiljaista. Syytän myös kaikki kaveraitani jotka aina blogaavat niin hyvin ja joiden postaukset ovat hauskoja sekä niissä on sisältöä. Tuhmat te kun luotte toisille paineita.

Nyt on kuitenkin taas aika kirjoittaa. Toista blogiani olenkin päivittänyt enemmän vaikka se käsittelee paljon rajatumpaa aihetta. Ajatukset vain olivat varsinkin ihan alkuvuodesta hyvin cosplay painotteisia ja osan ajatuksistani sain sitten jopa kirjoitettua. Lähi aikoina olenkin ollut ompelun suhteen kovin laiska ja olenkin käyttänyt paljon enemmän aikaa kuin pitkään aikaan animen ja muiden sarjojen katselemiseen, sekä lukemiseen. Ajatuksiani on hyvin vahvasti hallinnut Game of Thrones jonka blu-ray boxin kävinkin muuten tänään juuri ostamassa. Yleensä katselen televisiosta hyvin kevyttä viihdettä ja sitten animet tulee katsottua pääosin yksin. On ollut mukavaa kun Game of Thronesia on seurannut lähipiirissäni muutkin kuin minä ja olen päässyt keskustelemaan siitä. A Song of Ice and Fire- sarjan kirjat ovat myös tällä hetkellä luettavana joten ei ehkä ole ihmekkään jos ajatukset pyörivät paljon sillä suunnalla. On ihanaa kun kerrankin kirja ei lopu heti kesken. Nyt on kesken sarjan toinen osa jossa sivuja on 969, ensimmäisessä osassa sivuja oli reilut 800 ja seuraavissa jo ilmestyneissäkin osissa on noin saman verran. 

Oppisopimuksenikin pääsi vihdoin alkamaan kuluvan kuun 13. päivänä. Kaksi koulu päivää on nyt takana ja muuten on ollut töitä. Kouluun meno jännitti kovasti koska kouluista ei kamalasti hyviä muistoja ole. Ihmiset vaikuttaa kuitenkin ihan mukavilta. Siitä oon kyllä kiitollinen että oon aikuisopisku puolella. Semmosta juttua on kuultu kaverilta joka myös on oppisopimuksella, tosin eri alalla, mutta opiskelee suoraan peruskoulusta tulleiden kanssa, että huhhuh.

Kaikkea pientä ihanaa on tullut taas hankittua. Ihan lempparini  ovat perjantaina ostetut mintun väriset housut. Monet niitä epäili mutta kaikki epäilijät on jo joutunut myöntämään että ne on oikeasti kivat. Pitkään käytin pääosin mustaa ja valkoista ja on alkanut tympimään. Kaikki nämä ihanat värit mitä kevääksi on tullut on ollut siis ainakin mulle todella tervetullut ja positiivinen yllätys. Mintun värisiä paitoja kerkisinkin jo katselemaan ja tuskailemaan tätä nyky muotia kun pienimmänkin kokoiset paidat on sen kokoisia että minua menis sinne sisään ainakin kolme. Vaaleanpunaisia tai liiloja housuja mun päällä tuskin tullaan näkemään mutta pinkin pökät kyllä tahtoisin. Ja parempihan se on olla vannomatta mitään niistä liiloistakaan tai muuten ihan varmasti oon jo huomenna ostamassa semmosia :D 

Oon pitkään ajatellut että tahtoisin värjätä hiuksiani tummemmaksi, tosin vaan hiukan. Semmonen kylmän vaalean ruskea on ehkä tarkin kuvailu mitä osaan antaa. Pariin kertaan oon ollut jo soittamassakin aikaa kampaajalle mutta sitten aina jänistän. Tähän astiset 21 vuottani on hiukset aina ollut jonkun asteen blondit joten kyllä vähän hirvittää muutos. Keneltäkään ei oikein saa mielipiteitä joten kai se päätös pitäisi vaan itse tehdä ja pysyä siinä. On se vaikeeta :D

Koitin muuten saada kuvaa niistä uusista housuistani mutta meidän koira Siiri änkesi kokoajan päälle joten se kuva saa jäädä tällä kertaa pois. Toivottavasti saisin ens kerralle kuvan niistä ja muistakin ihanista jutuista jotta pääsen jakamaan niitä muidenkin kanssa.

There's always a first

Hey ya all! I've been thinking for some time about starting this blog and finally got into actually doing someting about it. Im from Finland but I enjoy writing in english since I find it has more and better expressions. I might sometimes also write in finnish, especially if I will be writing about something more complicated and don't know all the fancy words needed to do it in english. In this blog I'll mostly be writing about well, me. What I have bought, what I want, what I have been doing lately etc. etc. I'm not sure if anyone really is intrested in reading these kind of things, especially about me, but I' m thinking maybe, just maybe.

So today I was in town and actually bought something, although I wasn't supposed to. I was kinda saving for the convention next weekend but, I'm going to get some more money before it so no need to worry, for now. I also have been shopping lately more then normally and am going to show you guys some of my favourite things I've bought.

So the first one is a book that has ten patterns and instructions for ten famous vintage dresses. Since I like to sew and love new dresses, I couldn't resist this one. I'm thinking I'm gonna do the Twiggy dress first.
In the second picture is my new bag, bought from Kappahl. I don't go there very often, but when I do, I almost always find some accessories that I just got to have. This one was one of those. I' m aware that this is one of those things that you either love or hate, and I love it!
I also bought myself a new foundation. I had this one before once and just loved it, but just hadn't gotten around of buying it again before now. I do still have my previous foundation from Make Up Store but I wanted to buy this one for the convention next weekend that I'm going to and am going to need to have as flawless skin as I can have. So this one was my best option since I already knew this is good for me. It has some sun protection and covers well without drying your skin. If your going to buy a more expensive foundation do not, I repeat DO NOt apply it with a make up sponge. You're going to waste a lot of the stuff and a brush is also so much easier to keep clean. You can also choose to use your fingers, especially to tap some more on those spots that need that extra coverage. It seems I still need to buy the fairest one of foundation colors of almost every product which is hard to believe, at least for me. I have always thought that my skin was a little bit darker than the normal finns skin but it seems to be just my imagination.

I also bought a 20e giftcard for PlayStation Store. I've been trying to find those first three Spyro games but haven't gotten lucky yet. Sure, I could buy them from Amazon or Ebay, and am going to if nothing else works, but for now I'm still trying to find then from Finland. This giftcard though I bought so that I could get first three Crash Bandicoot games and also Crash Team Racing. I grew up playing Spyro and Crash and they are very dear to me. So now, after I get this done, I'm going to go and download me some Crash games.

I also ate really well today. We had some salad with Persimon in it and home made dressing, some honeymelon as a side and the main dish was cheese fondue with french baquette and pork ribs. Yammy! I couls eat loads of cheese if I just, well, could :D I also do love white bread but it makes me feel kinda puffy so I don't eat it much anymore. The dessert was a smoothie made of many fruits and berries and just a little bit of apple juice to make it a little more liquidy. Is that even a word? I' m thinking it isn't. Oh well.I also drank that same apple juice na dit was good, kinda cloudy. Im finding I like those ones better.

I guess that's that for today. I'm hoping I will be writing this blog more frequently than my other blog since this one is easier to write, I think. Next time I propably should write something about me, as an introduction or something. You're welcome to ask some questions but I'm guessing there won't be any since this is just my first entry.
